Workforce Programs
There are several workforce programs available within the City of Wilmington to ensure that each employee has necessary resources to succeed in their profession. Many of these are the result of strong partnerships with local colleges. The University of Delaware offers strong relationships with employers including internships and ongoing entrepreneurship programs. Additionally, Delaware Technical Community College (DelTech) is highly ranked nationally; all programs have an Employer Advisory Board.
