Wilmington’s greatest asset is its people and the city is committed to workforce programs to ensure that each person has the necessary resources to succeed! Delaware Works and Delaware Technical Community College Workforce Training Program provide a rich resource base for owners and employees. There is also a Wilmington Jobs Corp Center.
Industry-recognized certifications and professional licenses for academic credit are offered by WIlmington University. Delaware Technical Community College is highly ranked nationally, and the University of Delaware offers strong relationships with employers.
